ABSTRACT
Immunotherapy has developed rapidly and gradually become one of the important methods for treatment gastric cancer (GC). The research on tumor infiltrating immune cells (TIICs) immune-related genes in microenvironment (TME) greatly encourages development immunotherapy. devolution algorithm (CIBERSORT) was applied to infer proportion 22 TIICs based gene expression profiles GC tissues, which were downloaded from TCGA GEO. utilized analyze differential genes, explore potential molecular functions these genes. We have observed enrichment multiple GC. Some closely related mutational burden (TMB), microsatellite instability (MSI), Fuhrman grade, TNM staging. Survival analysis showed that infiltration level CD8 + T cells, activated CD4 memory M2 macrophages significantly prognosis patients. functional revealed mainly associated with cytokine activation response. Four significant modules screened by PPI network 20 key modules. levels CALCR PTH1R are strikingly checkpoint type number GC, as well progression, can be used indicators patient assessment.
