ABSTRACT
This study aimed to explore the efficacy of zunyimycin C in immunological enhancement hypoimmune mice and improvement cognitive impairment a model Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Zunyimycin was administered intranasally interfere with AD mouse models or gavage animals. Results Morris water maze (MWM) showed that may improve learning memory abilities model. The results differential expression analysis mRNA levels inflammatory factors pathways brain tissues suggested more obvious under Zun-Int L. Western blot revealed relative glial fibrillary acidic protein tissue Zun-Pre group significantly higher than other groups, difference statistically significant. interleukin (IL)-6 low-dose intervention lower As for animals, short chain fatty acids (SCFAs) assay intestinal flora change diversity SCFA biosynthesis. prophylactic administration could not inhibit acute neuroinflammation mice. participate immune response by activating Ras-Raf-MEK-ERK signaling pathway stimulate microglia produce factors. autophagy PI3K-AKT-mTOR pathway, promote cell survival, mediate neuroprotective effects reactive astrocytes, reduce IL-1β IL-6 secretion, thereby attenuating achieving effect improving impairment. play role changing SCFAs.
