ABSTRACT
Most species of Dothiora are known from the dead parts various host plants as saprobic fungi in terrestrial habitats occurring tropical and temperate regions. In present study, samples were collected twigs branches Capparis spinosa , Rhaponticum repens an unknown angiosperm plant Tashkent Jizzakh regions Uzbekistan. Multi-gene phylogenetic analyses based on a combined ITS, LSU, SSU, TEF1 TUB2 sequence data revealed their taxonomic positions within Dothideaceae. Three new namely, capparis rhapontici uzbekistanica proposed by molecular morphological data. Likewise, relationship morphology discussed. addition, we provide list accepted species, including information, distribution, descriptions, availability data, to enhance current knowledge diversity .
