ABSTRACT
Background and aims This study aimed to explore the risk factors of malnutrition in patients with heart failure construct a novel nomogram model. Methods results A cross-sectional based on STROBE checklist. Patients from July 2020 August 2021 were included. divided into group normal nutrition Society's recommended AND-ASPEN standard. Logistic regression was used analyze independent for malnutrition. new prediction model constructed factors, its fit performance evaluated. Of 433 patients, 66 (15.2%) had 367 (84.8%) nutrition, analyses showed that total protein, hemoglobin, triglyceride, glucose levels. The above four variables an area under curve 0.858. sensitivity 78.5% specificity 77.3%. After 2000 bootstrap resampling iterations, AUC 0.852. Conclusions can predict odds at early stage admission, provide reference nursing staff optimize nutritional care inpatient develop discharge plan.
