ABSTRACT
Background The objective of this study was to investigate the differences in presenting symptoms between patients with and without diabetes being diagnosed an acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods A total 5,900 a first-time AMI were included into analysis. All aged 25 84 years recorded by population-based Myocardial Infarction Registry Augsburg, Germany, 2010 2017. presence (yes/no) 12 typical during event assessed within scope face-to-face interview. Multivariable adjusted logistic regression models calculated analyze associations mellitus patients. Results Patients had significantly less frequent pain symptoms, including chest pain.
