ABSTRACT
With the increasing use of frozen embryo transfer (FET), best endometrial preparation protocol is continuously being discussed. The hormone replacement therapy (HRT) cycle and letrozole-induced ovulation (L-OI) are available protocols for patients with abnormal ovulation. Previous comparisons two have focused on pregnancy outcomes, less attention to perinatal population heterogeneity was large; thus, convincing conclusions about which more appropriate could not be drawn. We performed a retrospective cohort study using propensity score matching (PSM) analysis undergoing FET cycles in reproductive center Third Affiliated Hospital Zhengzhou University from January 2016 September 2020. main outcome measures were clinical rate, live birth very preterm delivery (VPTD), (PTD), low weight (LBW), macrosomia, small gestational age (SGA), large (LGA), hypertensive disorders (HDP), diabetes mellitus (GDM), premature rupture membranes (PROM), placenta previa, congenital abnormality.A total 8010 women enrolled. Due among patients, we conducted 1:1 PSM, 1461 matched each group. Compared HRT group, L-OI group had smaller proportion thin endometrium (27.38% vs. 41.07%) thicker day (9.63 ± 1.82 8.91 1.38). There no significant differences early abortion rate or between groups. difference outcomes singleton birth, including VPTD, PTD, postterm delivery, LBW, SGA, LGA, GDM, HDP, malformation. For ovulation, reassuring. It seems that both safe effective frozen-thawed clinic.
