ABSTRACT
Pancreatic adenocarcinoma is one of the leading causes cancer-related death worldwide. Since little clinical symptoms were shown in early period pancreatic adenocarcinoma, most patients found to carry metastases when diagnosis. The lack effective diagnosis biomarkers and therapeutic targets makes difficult screen cure. fundamental problem we know very about regulatory mechanisms during carcinogenesis. Here, employed weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) build interaction using expression profile from Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). STRING was used for construction visualization biological networks. A total 22 modules detected network, among which yellow pink showed significant associations with adenocarcinoma. Dozens new genes including PKMYT1, WDHD1, ASF1B, RAD18 identified. Further survival yielded their valuable effects on treatment Our study pioneered network-based algorithm application tumor etiology discovered several promising regulators detection therapy.
