ABSTRACT
Bladder cancer (BC) ranks the tenth in incidence of global tumor epidemiology. LncRNAs and cuproptosis were discovered to regulate cell death. Herein, we downloaded transcriptome profiling, mutational data, clinical data on patients from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). High- low-risk BC categorized. Three CRLs (AL590428.1, AL138756.1 GUSBP11) taken into prognostic signature through least absolute shrinkage selection operator (LASSO) Cox regression. Worse OS PFS shown high-risk group ( p < 0.05). ROC, independent analyses, nomogram C-index predicted via CRLs. Gene Ontology (GO) Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) analysis indicated IncRNAs play a biological role progression. Immune-related functions showed received more benefit immunotherapy had stronger immune responses, overall survival was better Finally, effective outcome 0.05) found TIDE algorithm many potential anti-tumor drugs identified. In our study, cuproptosis-related provided novel tool predict prognosis accurately strategy for applications.
