ABSTRACT
The soybean yield is a complex quantitative trait that significantly influenced by environmental factors. G × E interaction (GEI), which derives the performance of genotypes differentially in various conditions, one main obstacles to increasing net production. primary goal this study identify outperforming different latitudes, can then be used future breeding programs. A total 96 were examined two ecological regions: Faisalabad and Tando Jam Pakistan. evaluation conditions showed substantial amount genetic diversity for grain yield. We identified 13 environment-specific showing their maximum each environment. Genotype G69 was found an ideal genotype with higher than other tested broadly adapted environments E1 E2 also included top-yielding E3, E4, E5. G92 another E1, E4. In case environments, E3 suggested more environment as it plotted near concentric circle very informative selection high Despite presence GEI, advances DNA technology provided useful tools investigate insight advanced genotypes. Association mapping method swiftly efficiently investigating basis significant plant traits. 26 marker-trait associations six agronomic traits five highest significance (p-value = 2.48 10-08) height lowest (1.03 10-03) hundred-grain weight. Soybean present could valuable source programs they are adaptable wide range environments. Genetic best yields gross production climatic would give essential reference terms variety selection.
