ABSTRACT
Background: Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is the most common cancer of oral and maxillofacial region. A recent clinical research has shown that tumor immune microenvironment (TIME)cells are closely related to immunotherapy sensitivity OSCC prognosis. Nonetheless, a comprehensive analysis TIME in not been reported. Methods: Bioinformatics computational algorithms were employed determine significance cells 257 patients. scores measured by three models, then used evaluate prognosis Results: High score was characterized better patients less than 60 years old, overexpression targets (e.g., PD-1 CLTA-4), higher T-cell activity inhibit growth. Besides, poor associated with low time score. Conclusion: exhibited potential as prognostic biomarker an indicator predict immunotherapeutic outcomes. Through understanding model, this study can provide scheme for effective treatment future.
