ABSTRACT
Background: The diagnosis of Precancerous Lesions Gastric Cancer (PLGC) is challenging in clinical practice. We conducted a study by analyzing the information relevant chromosome copy number variations (CNV) TCGA database followed UCAD technique to evaluate value Chromosomal Instability (CIN) assay PLGC. Methods: Based on screening gastric cancer related data database, CNV analysis was performed explore cancer. gastroscopic pathology results, 12 specimens patients with severe atrophy were screened analyze paraffin mucosa technology, and influence factors them. Results: results suggested that 7, 8, 17 amplification obvious confirmed pathologic atrophy, five them had positive CIN, detection rate 41.7%, which mainly manifested seven eight segments amplification. also found intestinalization HP infection less associated CIN. And sensitivity CIN measurement significantly better than tumor indicators. Conclusion: findings suggest PLGC can be aided Chr7 8 may closely
