ABSTRACT
To date there is limited data on the immune profile and outcomes of solid organ transplant recipients who encounter COVID-19 infection early post-transplant. Here we present a unique case where kidney recipient’s surgery coincided with positive SARS-CoV-2 test patient subsequently developed symptomatic perioperatively. We performed comprehensive immunological monitoring cellular, proteomic, serological changes during first 4 critical months post-infection. showed that continuation basiliximab induction maintenance triple immunosuppression did not significantly impair host’s ability to mount robust response against diagnosed within week
