ABSTRACT
Gastric cancer is the fifth leading cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide, with a low 5-year survival rate in advanced stages. Cutaneous metastasis rare gastric cancer, only 0.8-1% incidence. We reported case female cancer. The patient had undergone subtotal gastrectomy and chemotherapy 13 years ago, followed by subsequent surgery residual stomach, partial jejunum, colon resection 11 later. pathological examination revealed poorly differentiated stomach adenocarcinoma, Lauren classification: diffuse type. received 2 cycles SOX chemotherapy. Two later, cauliflower-like skin nodules, which were surgically excised, appeared on back. histopathological showed spindle cell tumor; no specific anti-tumor treatment was administered. Six months lesions increased size number, spreading to neck, chest, abdomen, presenting as erythematous patches some elevations. A biopsy 1cm0.5cm0.3cm lesion left abdomen performed, based immunohistochemistry, clinical history, possibility metastatic or infiltrating gastrointestinal origin highly suspected. Genetic testing performed recurrence lesions, revealing 103 shared genetic variations, further suggesting originated from Subsequently, 10 immunotherapy combined intravenous (200mg Tislelizumab 100mg albumin-bound paclitaxel). response evaluated remission, significant improvement compared before. This highlights tumor patients extensive Early examination, diagnosis, biopsy, sequencing are recommended.
