ABSTRACT
The increasing number of studies reporting the presence Salmonella in environmental water sources suggests that it is beyond incidental findings originated from sparse fecal contamination events. However, there no consensus on occurrence as its relative serovar representation across non-recycled sources. We conducted a meta-analysis proportions by fitting random-effects model using restricted maximum-likelihood estimator to obtain weighted average proportion and between-study variance associated with Moreover, meta-regression non-parametric supervised machine learning method were performed predict effect moderators frequency Three sequential steps (identification information sources, screening eligibility) preliminary selection identified abstracts article titles.
