ABSTRACT
Aspergillus fungi can produce a wide range of secondary metabolites, and they have represented potential resource novel bioactive compounds. Bacterial plant diseases serious impact on the sustainable development agriculture worldwide, so it is necessary to use natural antibacterial compounds in microorganisms control pathogens. This study was conducted investigate niger xj, three pathogens (Agrobacterium tumefaciens T-37, Erwinia carotovora EC-1, Ralstonia solanacearum RS-2) were used as indicator bacteria, according biological activity tracking, five isolated from A. xj spore powder, characterization done by NMR (1H-NMR 13C-NMR) EI-MS identified ergosterol (1), β-sitosterol (2), 5-pentadecylresorcinol (3), 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furancarboxylic acid (4), succinimide (5). Compounds 3 5 for first time. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) against evaluated, results showed that compound 4 exhibited strongest tested RS-2 most sensitive 4, showing lowest MIC 15.56 μg/ml. We concluded mechanism action might be described acting bacterial protein synthesis intracellular metabolism scanning electron microscopy observation, permeability cell membrane SDS-PAGE. These indicated has good biocontrol agent. In conclusion, this demonstrated with are great significance prevention phytopathogenic may applicable exploring alternative approaches integrated phytopathogens.
