ABSTRACT
Background Poyang Lake is the largest freshwater lake in China, and there are several studies on composition diversity of bacteria Lake, while few quantitative were carried out response bacterial community to environmental factors during extreme flood season Lake. Methods The connected-lake heterogeneity (BCC) was investigated 2020. Illumina high-throughput sequencing technology used this study. Results structure water different from that sediment seasons. much lower than sediment. In column, dominant phyla Actinobacteriota , more complex water, Proteobacteria, Chloroflexi, Acidobacteriota . showed seasonal dynamics, no variation communities observed. two bays channel areas can be distinguished each other. microbial gradually increased Sancha Bay Zhouxi then channel, but total nitrogen (TN) concentration (STN) phosphorus (TP) (STP) opposite trends. This might due anthropogenic disturbances flood. in, column significantly correlated with WT, NH4-N, STP, SOM, Chl a, DO, TP, Eh, SOM STP. Conclusion greatly not only sensitive geochemical characteristics also affected by some nutrient concentrations During wet seasons,
