ABSTRACT
The research on the correlation or causality between gut microbiota and occurrence, development, treatment of colorectal cancer (CRC) is receiving increasing emphasis. At same time, incidence mortality vary among individuals regions, as does microbiota. In order to gain a better understanding characteristics in CRC patients differences different we initially compared 25 26 healthy controls central region China (Hubei Province) using 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology. results showed that Corynebacterium, Enterococcus, Lactobacillus , Escherichia-Shigella were significantly enriched patients. addition, also potential functional pathways group control PICRUSt’s prediction analysis. We then analyzed it with five cohort studies from various regions China, including Central, East, Northeast China. found geographical factors may affect composition intestinal crucial information influences screening, early detection, outcomes. This emphasizes importance conducting CRC-related
