ABSTRACT
Brain health is an important research direction of neuroscience. In addition to the effects diseases, we cannot ignore negative effect aging on brain health. There have been many studies aging, but only a few used dynamic models analyze differences in micro characteristics healthy people. this article, use relaxed mean-field model (rMFM) study normal aging. Two main parameters are recurrent connection strength and subcortical input strength. The sensitivity rMFM initial values has not fully discussed previous research. We examine issue through repeated numerical experiments obtain reasonable parameter range for model. Differences due also studied previously. statistical methods find regions interest (ROIs) exhibiting significant between young old groups. Further, carry out difference analysis process change these ROIs more detailed timescale. that even with same final results, trends different. This shows develop possible prevent or delay damage attention needs be paid different ROIs, just results.
