ABSTRACT
High-grade glioma is characterized by cell heterogeneity, gene mutations, and poor prognosis. Abnormal copper homeostasis affects the pathogenesis of glioma, but underlying mechanisms involved proteins are unknown. Here, we selected 90 copper-related verified their expression differences in normal tissues TCGA cohort followed GO KEGG clustering analyses. We then developed validated a prognostic model. Moreover, examined mutation burden discussed immune microenvironment high- low-risk groups. Furthermore, focused on STEAP2 demonstrated that was relatively low tumor compared to tissues, implying favorable Our findings provide foundation for future research targeting improve prognosis responses immunotherapy.
