ABSTRACT
The systemic immune-inflammation index, a new index based on platelets, neutrophils and lymphocytes, has been shown to be associated with outcomes of patients venous sinus thrombosis cancer. However, its application in acute ischemic stroke rarely reported. Therefore, we examined the relationship between levels at hospital admission 3 months after onset, plotted nomogram predict probability adverse stroke. We retrospectively analyzed total 208 who were admitted January 2020 December 2020, recorded modified Rankin score later. A ≥ was defined as an outcome. Age, sex, NIHSS score, SII, hypertension coronary heart disease included binary logistic regression, regression equation.Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis indicated that best cutoff value 802.8, sensitivity 70.9% specificity 58.2% (area under curve: 0.657, 95% confidence interval: 0.572-0.742). had C 0.802. average error calibration curves training set validation 0.021 0.034, respectively. The is short-term stroke, nomograms can risk stroke.
