ABSTRACT
Giant cell tumors of the spine have a high recurrence rate owing to their special anatomical site; hence, further treatment after is very challenging. Achieving effective tumor control and improving long-term quality life patients are main purposes consider for recurrent giant spine. A patient showing thoracic curettage received denosumab combined with precision radiotherapy, by which gained good control, could regain normal functioning. review relevant literature suggested that radiotherapy an new approach
