ABSTRACT
Background and purpose Stroke is a leading cause of morbidity mortality worldwide. Endovascular therapy (EVT) has been established as gold standard option to treat acute ischemic stroke (AIS) patients with large vessel occlusion (LVO) presenting within 6 h symptom onset. However, there paucity information regarding patient outcome in late time window 24 h. In this study, we aimed assess for predictors outcomes following EVT. Methods We analyzed data from 202 treated EVT four comprehensive centers. All were above 18 years age had symptoms onset 6–24 mRS 0–2 after three months was defined favorable outcome. Results Patients lower median ( p = 0.003), pre-EVT National Institute Health Scale (NIHSS) score 0.000), diabetes mellitus 0.041), history parenchymal hematoma (PH) 0.000) fewer attempts achieve successful recanalization 0.001). Multivariate regression analysis found 0.007), 0.022), (mTICI≥2b) 0.006), NIHSS at PH1 + PH2 Heidelberg bleeding classification 0.009) functional Conclusion Age, history, baseline score, recanalization, PH are 90-day late-window undergoing
