ABSTRACT
Previous reports on APOE ε4 allele distribution in different populations have been inconclusive. The Subjective Cognitive Decline-Questionnaire 9 (SCD-Q9) was developed to identify those at risk of objective cognitive impairment [OCI; including mild (MCI) and dementia groups), but its association with discriminatory powers for SCD subtle decline (SCDs) OCI memory clinics are unclear. To investigate demographic ε4, SCD-Q9 scores, ability discriminate SCDs groups from normal control (NC).A total 632 participants were recruited (NC = 243, 298, 91). scores calculated the effects analyzed. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis applied NC, SCDs, OCI.Total frequency 13.1%. When we combined into model, AUC increased 0.747 NC. However, when group split MCI only score independent affecting factor MCI.This study demonstrated that alleles characteristics a large-scale cohort clinic. may be associated reflecting degree complaints their additional contribution is marginal between
