ABSTRACT
Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is the most malignant and multiple tumors of central nervous system. The survival rate for GBM patients less than 15 months. We aimed to uncover potential mechanism in tumor microenvironment provide several candidate biomarkers prognosis. In this study, ESTIMATE analysis was used divide into high low immune or stromal score groups. Microenvironment associated genes were filtered through differential analysis. Weighted gene co-expression network (WGCNA) performed correlate clinical traits. genes' functions annotated by enrichment analyses. prognostic assessed obtained 81 differentially expressed (DEGs) subsequent WGCNA Ten out these DEGs significantly with targeted molecular therapy patients. Three (S100A4, FCGR2B, BIRC3) overall independent test set testified result. Here, we three crucial that had good efficacy may help improve prediction GBM.
