ABSTRACT
The high-grade glioma is characterized by cell heterogeneity, gene mutations, and poor prognosis. deletions mutations of the tumor suppressor PTEN (5%-40%) in patients are associated with worse survival therapeutic resistance. Characterization unique prognosis molecular signatures status still unclear. This study established a novel risk model, screened optimal prognostic signatures, calculated score for individual different status. Screening results revealed fourteen independent PTEN-wt three -50PTEN-mut subgroup. Moreover, we verified as an factor significantly correlated malignancy. Due to higher malignancy PTEN-mut gliomas, explored ( CLCF1 , AEBP1 OS9 ) potential target glioma. We further separated IDH wild-type into GBM LGG verify along status, notably, above targets also significant genes both IDH-wt/PTEN-mut patients. identified small molecule compound (+)-JQ1 binds all targets, indicating therapy In sum, scores model facilitate diagnosis, prediction, treatment.
