ABSTRACT
Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play important roles in many diseases and participate posttranscriptional regulatory networks tumors. However, the functions of major lncRNAs cervical cancer are unclear. Therefore, aim this study was to construct a lncRNA-mRNA coexpression functional network analyze that might contribute pathogenesis cancer.Differentially expressed (DElncRNAs) mRNAs (DEmRNAs) between three pairs tissues adjacent mucosa were identified by lncRNA microarray analysis. LncRNA-mRNA correlation analysis enrichment performed on DEGs. From network, PCBP1-AS1 selected as candidate for further expression examined qPCR, Kaplan-Meier survival, clinicopathology, GSEA, immune infiltration performed. The responses analyzed using TIMER western blot. knocked down overexpressed evaluate its role cell proliferation, migration, invasion.A total 130 significantly differentially patient samples compared with control samples. Differentially interaction involved EMT process. Combined survival analyses, revealed associated OS clinicopathological parameters patients. Moreover, not only increased specimens but also tumor stage, TNM, invasion. GSEA is closely correlated biological function via p53 notch signaling pathways. numbers NK cells M2 macrophages decreased when high, which consistent blot results clinical Furthermore, vitro experiments showed high promoted invasion.Transcriptomic analyses plays key an independent prognostic factor patients cancer. identification new biomarker could help explain how changes environment promote development.
