ABSTRACT
Clear cell renal carcinoma (ccRCC) is the most common and has poor prognosis in locally advanced stage. Ferroptosis, a relatively new type of death, gained significant attention recent years. This study aimed to explore prognostic value ferroptosis-related genes (FRGs) ccRCC. In this study, 50 differentially expressed FRGs between ccRCC adjacent normal kidney tissues were identified, 26 them correlated with overall survival (OS) ( P < 0.05). Eight optimal selected by Lasso regression multivariate Cox analysis, used construct risk signature predict patients. addition, passed validation analyses margin, score was identified as an independent marker via analyses. Further studies indicated that significantly immune infiltration. Moreover, levels eight examined Collectively, 8-FRG helps clinicians OS patients, standardize assessments.
