ABSTRACT
Papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) accounts for the majority of cancer and affects a large number individuals. The pathogenesis PTC has not been completely elucidated thus far. Metabolic reprogramming is common feature in tumours. Our previous research revealed lipid metabolism PTC. Further studies on may help elucidate PTC.Clinical samples para-tumour tissue were analysed using lipidomic, proteomic, metabolomic approaches. A multi-omics integrative strategy was adopted to identify important pathways findings further confirmed western blotting, microarray, bioinformatics, cell migration assays.Multi-omics data results integrated analysis that three steps fatty acid (hydrolysis, transportation, oxidation) significantly enhanced Especially, expression levels LPL, FATP2, CPT1A, key enzymes respective steps, elevated Moreover, FATP2 CPT1A associated with TNM stage, lymph node metastasis high contributed poor prognosis In addition, ectopic overexpression can each promote cells. Our suggested supplied additional energy substrates progression. This elucidating underlying mechanism identifying potential therapeutic targets
