ABSTRACT
Ovarian cancer is one of the most common cause death in women due to its late diagnosis and susceptibility drug resistance. Adenosine (ADO) signaling plays a key role immune activity tumor progression. In this study, we constructed signature ADO metabolism related genes expression patients with ovarian cancer.A total 372 from TCGA was used as training set 1,137 six GEO datasets were validation set. The gene response inhibitory concentration values for cell line GDSC sensitivity analysis. non-negative matrix factorization algorithm ssGSVA construct score.Patients high score had shorter overall survival (OS) than those low both (HR = 1.42, 95% CI, 1.06-1.88) sets (pooled HR 1.24, CI 1.02-1.51). GSEA analysis, ATP synthesis pathways enriched group (adjusted P value 0.02). Further, observed that significantly higher levels hallmark signatures (all adjusted < 0.01) T dysfunction exclusion 0.001). Patients lower tended be sensitive drugs including Olaparib Paclitaxel 0.05 0.04, respectively). In conclusion, established could prognostic biomarker stratify potential guide exploitation personalized therapy selection.
