ABSTRACT
Gliomas are the most aggressive primary intracranial malignancies with poor overall survival. ITGA5 is one member of integrin adhesion molecule family and implicated in cancer metastasis oncogenesis. However, few studies have explored association between tumor immune microenvironment expression level gliomas. Firstly, we analyzed 3,047 glioma patient samples collected from TCGA, CGGA, GEO databases, proving that high positively related to clinicopathological features survival patients. Then, based on level, immunological characteristics genomic alteration were through multiple algorithms. We observed was involved pivotal oncological pathways, immune-related processes, distinct typical alterations Notably, found engage remolding infiltration microenvironment, manifested by higher cell when highly expressed. also demonstrated a strong correlation checkpoint molecules may be beneficial blockade strategies. In addition, robust sensitive indicator for plenty chemotherapy drugs drug sensitivity prediction. Altogether, our comprehensive analyses deciphered prognostic, immunological, therapeutic value glioma, thus improving individual precise therapy combating
