ABSTRACT
Cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) are cell cycle regulators, and abnormal activation can accelerate tumor proliferation. However, The relation between CDKs dysregulation to colorectal cancer incidence progression have not been examined in detail. Methods:Differences expression normal tissues, associations clinical prognosis, frequencies of gene mutations, the influences on infiltration by immune cells were analyses Oncomine, Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis, Kaplan-Meier plotter, cBioPortal, GeneMANIA, TIMER databases.Colorectal tissues showed enhanced levels 1/2/4/5/6/8/12/13/19 but reduced CDK3 expression. CDK7 was highly expressed some downregulated others. CDK1/3/4/7/8/10/11b/13/18/19/20 correlated with stage, CDK 5/10/12/16 predicted prognosis survival. Differential progression, amino acid polypeptide modifications, other protein kinases. all except CDK16 CD4+T, CD8+T, B Tregs cells.CDK 1 4 could be used as diagnostic biomarkers for CRC. utilized prognostic biomarkers.
