ABSTRACT
Ovarian cancer (OvCa) is a malignant disease of the female reproductive system with high mortality rate. LncRNA has been confirmed to play crucial role in development and progression various types. Novel lncRNA ZFHX4-AS1 reported several cancers, albeit its functional mechanisms OvCa remain unclear. With reference public databases based on integrating bioinformatics analyses, we explored expression roles prognosis OvCa. We employed Kaplan-Meier curves investigate outcome patients different expressions. Furthermore, biological function related hallmark pathways were assessed through Gene Ontology (GO) annotation, Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) pathway Gene-set enrichment analysis (GSEA). correlation between tumor-infiltrating immune cells CIBERSORT. The checkpoints associated genes investigated. effect proliferation, invasion migration was verified Cell Counting Kit (CCK)-8, colony formation, wound healing transwell assays. The upregulated relative that normal tissues. Increased poor overall survival progression-free GO KEGG analyses revealed cell metabolism, protein synthesis, cycle. GSEA indicated gene sets significantly enriched low groups. CIBERSORT database M2 macrophages, memory B-cells, naïve B cells, activated NK affected by (all P < 0.05). differential MRPS11, NSA2, MRPL13 correlated checkpoints. Knockdown could inhibit cells. The results suggested novel prognostic biomarker infiltration, distribution OvCa, indicating can be used as potential therapeutic target for future.
