ABSTRACT
We aimed to assess the prognostic value of preoperative ultrasound tumor size in EC through a single center, observational, retrospective, cohort study. Medical records and electronic clinical databases were searched for all consecutive patients with EC, scans available ad hoc estimate size, follow-up at least 2-year, our Institution from January 2010 June 2018. Patients divided into two groups based on different dimensional cut-offs maximum diameter: 2, 3 4 cm. Differences overall survival (OS), disease specific (DSS) progression-free (PFS) assessed among by using Kaplan-Meier estimator log-rank test. 108 included OS, DSS PFS did not significantly differ between diameter cut-offs. No significant differences found sub-stratified age, BMI, FIGO stage, grade, lymphovascular space invasion status, myometrial invasion, lymph nodal involvement, histotype, adjuvant treatment. Preoperative does appear as factor women.
