ABSTRACT
Introduction Around seventy percent of all childhood cancer patients suffer from severe pain. This pain can arise various sources, including tumors themselves, caused by metastasizing tumor cells or as the outcome therapy meant to deal with tumors. If managed inadequately, such lead many hazardous sequelae. However, there are extreme cases when does not respond standard treatment. For cases, regional anesthesia nerve blocks utilized utmost control measure. Blocks used treat in who no longer conventional opioid-based treatment whose worsened condition makes it impossible receive any other therapy.
