Immunity reconstitution (IR) is crucial for pediatric patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), but the impact of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection on lymphocyte subsets post-transplant remains unclear.
