ABSTRACT
Colitis-associated colorectal cancer (CAC) is a specific type of (CRC) with high mortality and morbidity, the chronic inflammation in intestinal mucosal characteristic CAC. Chang Qing formula (CQF) Chinese herbal used clinically for treatment CAC remarkable clinical efficacy, but its mechanism remains unclear. In present work, Combined network pharmacology transcriptomics were to analyze potential active ingredients elucidate molecular CQF treating Firstly, constituents migrating blood analyzed identified by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS, core genes pathways screened analysis. Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) analysis showed that IL-17 signaling pathway involved may be closely associated mechanismof action CQF. Subsequently, results from animal studies indicated profoundly reduced tumor numbers size AOM/DSS mice. The RNA-seq data was analysed utilizing Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA), supported idea exerts tumour-suppressive effect via signalling pathway. Further demonstrated significantly IL-17A levels, which turn inhibited NF-κB/IL-6/STAT3 cascade, suppressed MMP9 expression promoted cell apoptosis. conclusion, current study remarkably improved inflammatory microenvironment, hindered transformation into cancer. These findings help design future strategies
