Cognitive dysfunction is a critical complication of diabetes mellitus, and there are still no clinically approved drugs. Zi Shen Wan Fang (ZSWF) an optimized prescription composed Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex, Cistanches Herba. The purpose this study to investigate the effect ZSWF on DCI explore its mechanism from perspective maintaining intestinal microbial homeostasis in order find effective for treating DCI.
