ABSTRACT
Due to cancer heterogeneity, only some patients can benefit from drug therapy. The personalized usage is important for improving the treatment response rate of patients. value transcriptome has been recently demonstrated in guiding use, and Connectivity Map (CMAP) a reliable computational approach recommendation. However, there still no recommendation tool based on transcriptomic profiles CMAP. To fill this gap, here, we proposed such feasible workflow user-friendly R package—Cancer-Personalized Drug Recommendation (CPDR). CPDR three features. 1) It identifies individual disease signature by using patient subgroup with similar those input patient. 2) Transcriptomic profile purification supported high infiltration non-cancerous cells. 3) supports silico efficacy assessment sensitivity data cell lines. We aid colorectal dataset GEO performed validation efficacy. further assessed performance pancreatic clinical gemcitabine. results showed that recommend promising therapeutic agents package available at https://github.com/AllenSpike/CPDR .
