ABSTRACT
The clinical application of reactive oxygen species (ROS)-mediated tumor treatment has been critically limited by inefficient ROS generation. Herein, we rationally synthesized and constructed the three-dimensional PdMo nanoflowers through a one-pot solvothermal reduction method for elaborately regulated peroxidase-like enzymatic activity glutathione activity, to promote oxidation evolvement antioxidation depletion achieving intensive ROS-mediated therapy. superstructure composed two-dimensional nanosheet subunits can solve issues avoiding appearance tightly stacked crystalline nanostructures. Significantly, Mo is chosen as second metal alloy with Pd because its more chemical valence negative ionization energy than improved electron transfer efficiencies enhanced enzyme-like activities. In addition, photothermal effect generated could also enhance Thus, this work provides promising paradigm highly therapeutic efficacy regulating multi-enzymatic activities Pd-based nanoalloys.
