ABSTRACT
Background: A traumatic spinal cord injury (TSCI) can lead to severe nerve damage and disability. Cell transplantation therapy has shown great potential in the reconstruction of damaged cords promoting functional recovery. However, there is a lack frontiers futures analysis study cell TSCI. Methods: We used CiteSpace, VOSviewer biblilometrix R package perform bibliometric on TSCI from 2013 2023. Bibliometric records were extracted English articles reviews Web Science core collection. Results: The included 284 papers published 154 journals by 1,780 authors 487 institutions 41 countries regions. number past decade fluctuated slightly, while article citations steadily increased. Mainland China United States are leading regions this field, with National Natural Foundation being most funded foundation, country articles. University Toronto Canada prolific institution. This also helps scholars understand current hotspots future trends field. Marrow stromal cells, glial progenitor, research regeneration, therapy, safety may be directions future. Conclusion: after receiving increasing attention. both frontier possible trend research. In addition, progenitor marrow cells hotspots. Meanwhile, regeneration directions. These findings will help further deepen for scientific work.
