ABSTRACT
Aim: To evaluate the impact of exercise training plasma on in vitro prostate cancer cell viability and proliferation. Methods: PC3 cells were incubated with obtained from young men high low physical fitness (PF) (high PF, n = 5; 5) collected institutionalized older adults (n 8) before after multimodal training. Cell proliferation, mitochondria membrane polarization, reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, apoptosis evaluated treatment plasma. Systemic cytokines submitted to an protocol. Results: Plasma high-PF lowers both proliferation incubation time. also presented lower diminished rates post-training samples adults. The depolarized mitochondrial potential increased production. Post-training did not change or necrosis line. Multimodal levels IL-2, IL-10, IFN-α, FGF-1 decreased TNF-α concentrations Conclusion: Adaptations blood factors may alter by targeting ROS a
