ABSTRACT
TIFY proteins play crucial roles in plant abiotic and biotic stress responses. Our transcriptome data revealed several family genes with significantly upregulated expression under drought, salt, ABA treatments. However, the functions of GmTIFY are still unknown stresses. We identified 38 found that TIFY10 homologous have most duplication events, higher selection pressure, more obvious response to stresses compared other genes. Expression pattern analysis showed GmTIFY10e GmTIFY10g were induced by salt stress. Under stress, transgenic Arabidopsis plants root lengths fresh weights had better growth than wild type (WT). In addition, overexpression soybean improved tolerance increasing PRO, POD, CAT contents decreasing MDA content; on contrary, RNA interference sensitivity Overexpression could improve plants, while RNAi increased soybean. Further demonstrated changed levels related signal pathway, including GmSnRK2, GmPP2C, GmMYC2, GmCAT1, GmPOD. This study provides a basis for comprehensive role future.
