ABSTRACT
To screen the genes regulating biosynthesis of phenolic acid derivatives from genome Bletilla striata , we designed a suspension culture system to sample cells for following experiments. The contents four were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography, and several full-length transcriptome sequencings RNA samples at 10 time points performed bioinformatics analysis. correlation analysis was used identify verify key DEGs involved in derivatives. results showed that p-hydroxybenzylalcohol (HBA), Dactylorhin A, Militarine, Coelonin peaked 33 days postinoculation (Dpi), 18 Dpi, 39 Dpi system, respectively. Based on data, 80 obtained. KEGG pathway enrichment classified them mostly into five metabolic pathways: phenylpropane biosynthesis, starch sucrose metabolic, cyanoamino metabolism, gluconeogenesis glycolysis, phenylalanine metabolism. qPCR revealed relative gene expression levels consistent with overall trend sequencing results. Among them, 14, 18, 23, 41 unigenes found be synthesis HBA, Coelonin, These laid solid foundation elucidating mechanism B. .
