ABSTRACT
The rhizospheric microbial community affects the population establishment of invasive plants in introduced areas, among which Bacillus has numerous functions promoting plant growth. This study isolated and enriched soil Ageratina adenophora native accompanying Rabdosia amethystoides. effects these communities on growth competition A. R. amethystoides were evaluated pot experiments. results showed that number diversity higher than those (A. adenophora: 122 strains soil, 16 taxa; amethystoides: 88 9 taxa). After inoculation a experiment, idriensis, toyonensis cereus accumulated adenophora, significantly increased nitrate nitrogen (NO3--N) content total carbon concentrations mixed treatment. selective accumulation enhanced competitive advantage over plant; corrected index relative intensity adenophora-inoculated reached double uninoculated treatment, was greatly suppressed under planting. Our confirmed invasion can lead to specific taxa turn increase adenophora.
