ABSTRACT
Manipulation of growth and development cannabis (Cannabis sativa L.) has received considerable interest by the scientific community due to its high value in medicinal recreational use worldwide. This study was conducted investigate effects LED spectral changes on reactive oxygen species (ROS) cannabinoid accumulation provoking growth, pigmentation, photosynthesis, secondary metabolites production grown an indoor environment. After three weeks vegetative under greenhouse condition, plants were further for 90 days a plant factory treated with 4 light compositions canopy-level photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD) 300 µmol m-2 s-1 16 h. Photosynthetic pigments rate linearly increased up 60 then sharply decreased which found most prominent L3: MB 240 (Red 85% + Blue 15%) L4: PF 70% 30%) compositions. A concentration H2O2 also observed L3 L4 treatments provoked lipid peroxidation later stage. In addition, higher treatment cases. It is evident that ROS created cellular stress as indicated osmolyte synthesis enzyme activity initiate quick maturation along cannabinoids plant. Therefore, it can be concluded metabolism crucial role morpho-physiological acclimation hemp plants. The findings this provide insight maximize cannabinoid.
