ABSTRACT
Plants have recently received much attention as a means of producing recombinant proteins because they are easy to grow at low cost and large scale. Although many plant protein expression systems been developed, there remains need for improved that deliver high yields proteins. Transcription the gene is key step in increasing yield However, revealed strong promoters, terminators, transcription factors identified do not necessarily lead level production Thus, this study, robust system was designed produce levels consisting novel hybrid promoter, FM'M-UD, coupled with an artificial terminator, 3PRt. FM'M-UD contained fragments from three viral promoters (the Mirabilis mosaic caulimovirus (MMV) full-length transcript, MMV subgenomic figwort virus transcript) two types cis-acting elements (four GAL4 binding sites zinc finger sites). The 3PRt, consisted PINII 35S terminators plus RB7, matrix attachment region. promoter increased reporters GFP, RBD : SD1 (part S SARS-CoV-2), human interleukin-6 (hIL6) by 4-6-fold, 2-fold, 6-fold, respectively, relative those same driven CaMV promoter. Furthermore, when FM'M-UD/3PRt cassette expressed together GAL4/TAC3d2, factor bound hIL6 10.7-fold, obtained RD29B terminator. led amount plants.
