ABSTRACT
Pyrrosia petiolosa (Christ) Ching has both medicinal and health benefits in China. The potential antioxidant activities of P. petiolosa, which are mainly attributed to its flavonoids, have attracted much attention recent years. present study aimed determine the concentration flavonoid components evaluate relative from different geographic origins using a UPLC-MRM-MS-based metabolomics approach. In total, 97 were identified, their concentrations samples locations showed significant variation. Thirteen identified as biomarkers for distinguishing between two major regions, Guizhou (GZ) Guangxi (GX). GZ group higher total content, free radical scavenging activities, ferric reducing power. well positive correlations found capacities some markers. ecogeographic factors, namely altitude longitude, play crucial role difference flavonoids concentration. These results indicate that is rich compounds promising source natural antioxidants, providing basis quality control petiolosa.
