ABSTRACT
To assess the influence of structural parameters negative pressure inlet pipe on seeding performance integrated positive-negative seed-metering device, angles α and β, along with taper θ, were selected as test variables for conducting coupling simulation tests physical bench tests. The results indicate that average differential across holes in seed-filling zone (Δpsf ), airflow rate at interaction interface between chamber (Q), drag force seeds (F D, sf seed-cleaning sc ) are all significantly affected by factors. can be accurately predicted using prediction model developed through regression analysis central composite results. optimal combination is established 17.1° angle α, 81.3° 0.52° θ. maximum error evaluation index values those obtained from verification optimized less than 6.66%, indicating a strong correlation reasonable parameters. confirm operational speed device 4 to 5 km/h, an working 6 kPa. Under these conditions, qualified varies 92.27% 95.28%, multiple 2.43% 5.52%, leakage 1.22% 5.2%.
