ABSTRACT
Although previous studies have acknowledged that leaders’ such environmental behaviors and issues are becoming critical for long-term development, little research has focused on why, how when perceived environmentally specific servant leadership contributes to employees’ workplace friendly behavior in the hotel industry. This paper aims fill this gap by using social identity theory test green role as a mediator their corporate responsibility coworkers’ work group advocacy moderators relationship between environmentally-specific behavior.
