ABSTRACT
Alexithymia and emotion regulation are closely related to internet addiction. However, no research has examined how the different components of alexithymia associated with cognitive in context multi-strategy use The current study aimed investigate relation between individuals addiction via network analysis. Participants included 560 students Young's Internet Addiction Test scores greater than 50 points; they were also asked complete Toronto Scale (TAS-20) Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (CERQ). results revealed two bridge nodes emerging within combined model: "catastrophizing" "externally oriented thoughts." These findings indicate a more specific provide empirical evidence for targeted prevention interventions
